  • ADJUSTABLE FEATURES: The seat adjusts to four different heights in 1" increments from 17" to 20" from the floor. The shoulder press features a spring-loaded raised lockout for a full range of deltoid functions to provide a deep, full-stretch workout, and optimal development.
  • COMFORTABLE PADDING: The shoulder and back muscle machine features thick, comfortable padding that will reduce strain and stress on your muscles as you work out. The comfortable pads are found on both the seat, back, and arms.
  • OLYMPIC SIZE WEIGHT POST: This upper body machine features four weight post sleeves, dual sleeves attached to the u-frame shoulder press, and dual sleeves on the delt raise. Combined the machine will hold a weight capacity of 700 LB.
