HOW TO MAKE PERFECT GREEN TEA: Use one teaspoon (2g) per cup, add 150ml of hot water, steep for 3-5 mins, strain & serve to enjoy hot nourishing tea. For refreshing iced tea, refrigerate it for 4-5 hours, serve with ice cubes & enjoy. You may add sweetener as per your taste. Do not add milk.
