  • PLEASE READ ABOUT OUR ORANGE BAND. This is a VERY HEAVY, TENSE band (70lb-225lb tension). Only purchase for pull ups if you have a a bodyweight over 250lbs (see chart in images). It may have uses for advanced athletes like powerlifters but will generally be too stiff to use for most exercises. If you are unsure, we suggest choosing multiple lighter bands that you can combine or use separately.
  • Can I use it for pull ups? Yes, BUT WITH CAUTION. The Orange band is recommended ONLY if you have a bodyweight over 250lbs. Please study the chart in the images carefully.If you are still unsure please message us and can give you tailor made advice.
